several decades ago, when I was 17, four of us were headed to deer camp one night. We stopped at an off Interstate redneck gas station for gas and cokes. Several locals were standing outside and started to make fun of one of the guys with me, a big tall country boy. They got to cussing him and all was good till one of em called him the son of a B word. Before anyone could move he had all three of em knocked out, laying on the asphalt. He got back in the car saying, "they shouldn't oughta talk about my momma".......

There has to be a product liability claim in this matter. Fruit of the Loom clearly negligently, willfully and with malice aforethought brought a product to market that they knew could lead to death even when initially utilized for the intended purpose. These corporations must be held accountable!
