We shouldn't need it at all, because the cost of fuel will be so expensive no one will be using the highway

you can go to TxDOT's website and it has the full map of everything that is going to happen. SOme land will be taken because there are spots on 59 where the area is not wide enough to expand. But this is HUGE. This just shows how if everyone unites for a common cause we do have a strong voice.
