Need help from anyone in corpus with hotel

I'm headed down there for a carbine match in February. The match will be at starry gun range and I'm looking for an affordable hotel close by. If anyone knows of something I would be greatly appreciative.

There are several between Staples and Rodd Field rd, right on SPID that are nice. They will not be far from the range.

Best western-paradise inn....My aunt stayed at this when family was in hospital, it was real nice. Next door is B&J' pizza..good stuff

Please keep a very close eye on any valuables that you may have with you when you get to corpus. It seems like you hear about vehicle break ins and thefts at any of the local hotels on a regular basis. There are plenty low life scum bags just waiting on out of towners to visit.
