    What would you do?

I'm on 2500 ac near Rocksprings. Price is right and has a nice cabin but the land is severely over run with cedars and there is no cooperation from landowner to assist in the clearing. She will not sign contract. Long-term or even annual. NOTHING WRITTEN...NOTHING. She is 88 and not in great shape and has 3 kids (mid 40's-50's)that do not hunt. Just learned the ranch is for sale........Stay on and take ur chances.... or..... hit the road....What would you do?

I would not get on a lease that is for sale if you wanted to stay for a long time

I think I would have to move on, too much uncertainty ahead.

Maybe we can all pitch in and have our own ranch?

start looking but stay on until the ranch is sold. You never know maybe the new owners will give you a hunting lease. it's worth a shot, not only that when they move in perhaps they may want some cedars cleared. Work for hunting privileges.

Atleast try to stick around and meet the new owners. JMO
