    New Years Resolutions

Post em up. Maybe the green screen will help us stay on track.

I told my sister, (who's doing great by the way! Thanks for the prayers!) that I'd lose pound for pound what ever she lost. Of course she cheated with the bariatric surgery and has already lost 12 pounds since being out of the hospital, so I have some catching up to do. But that's ok with me. It'll make me work harder. Y'all wish me luck and nag me a lot to stay at it. My big behind could stand to lose about 70-80 lbs. With a 5 yr old and new born, they deserve to have a daddy that'll be on this earth for a while. Time to get back into shape folks!
    I haven't seen 180 lbs in 16 years. That's my goal for 2014! To drop 80 lbs

I'm with you on the weight loss. I've gotten ridiculously out of shape in the last five years. I've gone into a downward spiral of laziness, eating and more laziness. Doctor ran some test and says it's due to low T. As soon as the prescription goes through I'll go on the therapy and see if it doesn't give me the energy and motivation to get back to the gym and start eating right again.

    Good luck in your goals.

That's more likely than finding Bigfoot. Sorry, just messing with ya... kinda.

My New Years Resolution is to hit the back button more. Guess I'll start after this.
