    Fletching question

So I know that longer vanes allow for more accuracy at greater distances but are not necessary. Is it stupid of me to want the 4"vanes over the 2" and want them at an angle to increase spin because I think that looks cool to?

I still shoot 4" vanes, right helical in my compound. As does my oldest son. My yougest son and most our friends shoot the 2'' blazer vanes. I just like the 4'' ones better.

Is there any place to buy them if the archery store doesn't have them

Order them on line. Lancasters has every vane known to man.

I still use 4" vanes with 1 degree offset. I have used 2" but really never have liked them.

I'm a fingers shooter and really like 4" vanes. I use AAE vanes most of the time.
