Draw Length Question?

I cant tell if he's overspined, short arming it or if Its in need of a cam change. Anyone make an ear guard....Thoughts..?

Well how many holes did he put in the fence or arrows did he robinhood?? lol Looks like he needs to have that tounge out in a 17.53 degrees position somewhat eastward for added balance and stabalization. lol
