Membership Question

So my membership expired and I need to re-up. I know there are two options, recurring and pre-paid. However, when you chose the length of membership, there are two 12 month options. One is $11 and the other is $16. I'm assuming the $16 is a 18 or 24 months membership, but you know what happens when you assume things.

Can someone help me clear this up?
