Well with the army downsizing its getting harder to rank up and there calling for more special forces guys. I'm thinking about trying out within the next 6 months. I'm 6,1 190 pounds I'm looking to get down to 175. Any suggestions on a good diet that doesn't eat up lean muscle? I wouldn't mind bulking up a little but I plan on getting back to where I can run 15 plus miles and that will eat up a lot of my muscles. also can anybody recommend a good work out program? I did the chris gethin workout 4 years ago with good success, but my schedule is pretty tight now to cook and eat 6-7 meals a day. thanks

Forgot to add in the PM, Your gonna want a good balance of lean muscle but you really don't want to loose any mass.Those crazy diets that everyone is on are for Normal People that do Normal jobs and live Normal lives.No offense to everyone but I live a normal life but once was a Soldier and trust me there ain't nothing normal about a soldier's life in SF school and selection.Bro your gonna be burning mad calories like 4000 a day easy.Your going to wish you had some Extra to loose.Get your head in the game and want it and you will do well.
