Using a Mac Computer To Set Up With Covert Code Black

Anyone know of any tutorial that shows procedure in setting up cell phone sending with Covert Code Black Trail Cam using Mac Computer? I saw one small printout on it, but can't figure it out, was hoping for a video maybe that might be easier to follow. So far everything is PC related. thanks!
