UPS has issues right now. The ice seemed to give UPS more trouble than the rest. I had a package that was suppose to arrive on the 9th (Ice started on the 5th). On the 9th it was "out for delivery", as it was on the 10th and 11th and 12th before they got their computer system updates. Finally on the 16th it showed up but their online stuff didn't say it was out for delivery so we weren't there to sign for it. We finally got the package 8 days late.

In that time, we had 5 packages from USPS that were delivered on time and 3 from Fedex, including on the 6th, 7th, and 9th.

I know I don't have a choice most of the time, but I won't choose to use UPS for a while.
