Cast and Blast Suggestions

I have a customer that I have an opportunity to take on a duck hunting/ fishing trip in Texas. Does anyone have any suggestions on places that offer this? I would like to be anywhere between East Matagorda and Baffin Bay. We are looking for something that would have lodging provided as part of the package. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This is just my experience duck hunting seems to be bout the same in POC as the CC/Baffin area but IMO fishing is better in POC that time of yr. I know fishing can be good south also but just seems like more targets in POC sheepshead/reds/drum and trout. I had a great trip with Brunner middle of last Jan for a cast n blast.
