Korbin's Strings...can't say enough!

I know this comes up frequently but it cannot be said enough. Korbin's strings offers THE BEST customer service hands down! My friends get tired of my complaining about poor customer service but it just seems such a rarity nowadays. I had an issue with the delivery of my strings (literally lost in the mail) and emailed Korbin's...they immediately responded to my email AND dropped a second set in the mail EXPRESS that night! You just don't see that level of commitment to customers as often as you should so it should be pointed out. Thanks again!

you have to have good cs these days with all the quality builders out there, its what set you apart from the pack. glad he took care of you, pretty good guy.
