    great customer service -- SKB Cases

    My wife bought me a double bow case back in 2006 for my birthday. I always had a little trouble with the case sealing all the way around. I never traveled with it much so I just accepted it as is back then

    Well..over the years it just seemed to get worse. So this last trip to KS most everything got wet inside the case. I finally had enough and decided to give SKB a call about it to see what they can do.

    Found out I have an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty on this case. I knew about the $1500 insurance plan with it but not the warranty.

    Was given a RA# and Fedex picked it up the next day to return to SKB. I just unboxed my brand new replacement case! No questions asked! And SKB paid shipping BOTH on return and new case!!

    Yep, good deal there. Great cases. Won't own anything else. No reason to with their quality and the way they stand behind their product.

        Well that good to know... My SKB case seems to be coming unglued in the inside. Wonder if they will cover that?

                    They are great to deal with. I had a double case for 8-9 years. I traveled all over with it. The plastic started pulling away from the aluminum frame. I called skb to see if it could be fixed. They told me to send it in. Got a brand new case within days. I thought that was above and beyond. I figured they would just rivet the plastic back on.

                      That's much better customer service than I got. I have the parallel limb bow case. Its a $200+ case. If it barely drizzles, it gets water in it. I was told by their customer service that the case was weather resistant not waterproof and that there was nothing they would do. I will never buy another skb.

                          My $100 case is coming unglued as well. Have to see if it has a warranty as well.

                            Best cases out there!!!!! My favorite
                            I had issues with my first case not sealing all the way, I sent it in and had a new one with a week or two.
