My guys always have a console cable. Unfortunately, I needed the switch connected sooner than I could get one of my guys to Dallas. Everyone is out on projects in other states or countries right now. We walked the receptionist through getting an IP on it. We may have to open a Dallas office eventually as much as I hate to admit it.
