Covert camera difficulties

Get network busy when I try to send a pic. AT&T is telling me I need a data package which I know is bs. I added this line to my family plan and already have the unlimited family txt and mms plan. the rep knew about the camera. Says her boyfriend has one. Knew exactly what I needed but camera wont send a pic Any help is appreciated.

Biggest issue I had was I had to have the rep put the SIM card in a phone and call that phone and send it a text to ensure the SIM card was completely activated. I just buy a Go Phone pre paid unlimited text plan and pay for 3 months at a time. 25$ at the Kiosk in ATT.

Figured it out. Changes were not saving to sd card. It's all good now. It's $10 a month added to a family plan. U can cancel at anytime
