Using an Ipod while hunting

Good Evening Everyone,

I was just wondering if any of you use a Ipod or other music devise while sitting in your blind.
I understand deer can hear quite well but didn't know about listening to music to past time, waiting for the sun to come up.
Please let me know.

I listen to a MP3 player all the time in the afternoons. Or a A.M. radio to listen to UT baseball or the Astros.

i take my laptop while sitting in my ground blind with deer any where from 12-25 yards eating corn alot. i check game cam pics and have even watched a dvd or two. Gonna use my ipod a lot this year

I actually use a Sony PSP with a headset. It plays movies, music and games and won't spook animals while in the stand.

I have listened to a UT game in the stand before and it drove me nuts not being able to listen to possible animals coming my way. Half the time I can hear an animal approaching before I can see them.

I do browse the internet from my phone on occasion.

i rarely listen to mine- it takes away from my hunting experience!

I listen to nature cause thats what I'm there for. Nothing wrong with the ipods and stuff but its not for me.

I listen to my ipod when ever i am in my treestand or ground blind.I take my laptop with me if sitting in a ground blind and watch movies.I cant take just sitting there not doing anything.

How do you guys keep your laptop from running out of battery life. I don't think I could get through a movie on mine and I have a farely new laptop.

My brother uses his iPhone while in stand. He surfs the net, watches YouTube, texts me about what game he's seeing, ect. He loves it, but then he's got that kind of money.

Wouldn't mind listening to a UT game every once in awhile but I agree with wanting just nature.....'of course last year I got my fill of "just nature"....LOL......
