      This is how I do mine. We get as much as possible out but ultimately a small portion gets left in. That usually gets wrapped in the grinder.

        Question on gringing burger

        Cut off the big stuff that is easily accessible but don't get real detailed about it. Plenty gets run through the grinder and if you grind it right you can't tell.

        I'm betting the beef guys do the same

          I worked for a processor in highschool. The only thing that we pulled the fascia off was on the back straps. Everything else got at least 2 passes through the grinder.

          I would pay more attention to getting any fat and grizzle off. That is what will give a "gamey" taste. The fascia does not....Or so I was taught.
