Are those mr buddy hearts loud when they r running? I have an older Coleman heater but it make quite a bit of noise. To much for a pop up at 40 yards from the feeder.

Haven't been running the heater because I was worried they could here or smell it at 30 yards. I cranked it up this morning after they showed up and they stayed 45 minutes. An old doe came in downwind and was checking scent. Did a little stomp or two, but nothing too bad. Im gonna keep it running cause it is cold this AM.

I'm in the stand with smoke pole in Hebbronville. Haven't had to turn the heater on yet. Only about 40 degrees out. But starting to see some chasing going on.

Got back home about an hour ago from hunting right outside Of Georgetown, west of I35. Had a small 9pt come in at 8:05 this morning. Double Bull helped keep the wind off, but it was still cold. Planning on going out again this afternoon. Good luck to all that are going.
