Red Deer Doe

How does a Red Deer doe taste compared to an elk I have a chance to take one and just curious.

Very rich red meat. Last one i had was awesome. Not gamey at all.

I absolutely loved the meat. I put it between bovine and elk. It was really good. The flank steaks were tender and tasty!!!

Fantastic. We have quite a few at our place and if I need some quick meat I always bust one of them.

Me and the wife did a taste test with red deer and axis. Axis won but not by much...

If given the chance to take another, I wouldn't hesitate!!
