Looking at the scores from today and this evening, I think we can throw out the old adage that "defense wins championships." Well, maybe in the Big10, but otherwise, that one's dead. (Of course, it officially died a couple years ago with LSU's debacle in the NC game, but it's good and dead now)

By the way, since there's no official basketball thread, some of you might have missed Baylor's win over Kentucky last night. I know, second year in a row for Baylor to beat them so no big deal, but UK was supposedly the number 3 team going into that game.
