Based on what? His record at Boise? While I think he is a pretty decent coach, I don't think washington is where I would want to start my big school coaching.

Based on everything.

He wins tons of games, upsets teams from greater conferences and does not get blown out when they lose.

Washington is not the bell cow of universities, they hire head coaches that were coordinators or mid major coaches.

Peterson is an upgrade from their former coach.

Peterson has family issues and placed himself where he wants to be. His name has surfaced for many major program jobs.

It was time for him to make a move.

I don't blame them for picking the aggies over LSU.
Especially after the way they have manhandled the tigers the last two years.
Johnny bedazzled everyone against those boys from the bayou.

Look for LSU to play in the gator. Especially since they lost Mett and will start a freshman at QB.

And mix in CU, ASU, Ariz for the seven team division?

I could go for that.

By adding 4 new teams that would bring the league to 16. You would need to pull in another school to get it to 8 for that division. Maybe Utah?

I like the 4 team pod concept in a 16 team league.

I think he's a good guy, and goes about his job the right way. I'd like to see him at another school. I was surprised he left BSU.
