How do you resize photos? I used to be able to do it before the crash, now I'm clueless. Any help?

Open the file in Microsoft Photo Editor. If you double click the jpeg and another program opens it, close it, right click and 'select program', then Photo Editor.
In the tool bar go to 'Image'
There is an option in the pulldown for 'resize'
Or open a free account on photobucket.com, upload, manipulate, resize, crop and post the link to the picture here.
