I know I know!!!! They're all over the place on here.....but if you don't at least throw it out there....... Anyways I am looking for a spot on a lease anywhere around Houston within 3-4 hours. I'd like to join a lease with some management practices in place. I have feeders and stands. Im a very management minded hunter. Im looking for a yearly place around $1250 a year or less. I can supply my own corn and protein if that helps with price. I do have some wiggle room on price depending on the place. I haven't been on a lease in a couple years and have been hunting an very small property in Trinity a family friend owns but want to join a place where I can have the "deer camp" experience again lol instead of hunting alone all the time. Hog are a bonus. I'm definitely not a "its brown its down" guy as I pass a lot of deer to wait on a mature deer. I follow rules and work hard and will help out doing whatever is needed. Anyways thats what I'm looking for but need aome help getting there hoping for a spot to hunt with some TBH brothers. Any questions or anything I left out fire away please.
