What area for Fallow deer?

I'm looking for a lease, hopefully longterm, for next year (I know you and me both). My thing is, is that I'd REALLY like a good chance for a free range Fallow....an Axis would be a bonus too. My question for the GS is what area should I look for yo have a realy good chance at a Fallow and possibly other exotic deer? I know quite a few of yall have a lot more insight on thos and could help point me in a direction or area. I've never taken any exotics or have a chancecat them since 99.9% of my hunting experience is on a small ETX property.....not exactly a good place to kill an exotic lol. Just looking for guidance please, but if anyone has a place (pref bow) with Fallow that's has an affordable spot open for next year that wants to....well you know.....I'd be open to that info as well Help point a brother in the right direction please. I know Sutton Co. has a variety of free range exotics, mostly Axis though

Rocksprings. About 5 hours from Houston going a lil over speed limit. We hunt carta valley and see abunch of exotics. Just depends where thpugh

Yeah not a high number but a few. Axis are prolly the most common right now.

Rocksprings. My buddy has a place there and has groups of free range fallow, axis, and aoudad around.
