I have an assortment. This may be the 2nd time they have been taken out of the box. I have a few more used ones in various places.

Case Knives are good collector knives and for personal use I would recommend a Trapper. I have several Case Knives but my everyday carry is a Mel Pardue Auto made by Benchmade.

I own quite a few case knives but these two are favorite. A Year 2000 case russlock black bone. and a 1940's Case fixed blade 557 pattern style.

Nothing. They're just selling on the name. The blades are either rusty carbon steel, or stainless "surgical steel." There is absolutely no such thing as "surgical steel." It's pure marketing hype. You want to look at some good pocketknives, go to www.knivesshipfree.com . Check out Canal Street Cutlery's knives.

I bought a case Shark Tooth back in 70's and still have it but with it being a single lock blade. I need two different blades one to keep sharp and one for general work so now I carry a 60's Ka Bar but wish it had locking blades. I e mailed Knifes of Alaska asking them about making a two blade folding lock blade knife......Hope they will make a model like this in future.....Andy

I have 2-3 case trappers that I carry, and a couple of sod busters. I prefer the cv blades over stainless, but that is me. My grandpa taught me to stick the blade in a potato for 24 hours. This will turn the blade almost black, and helps keep them from rusting.

I carried a case russlock for about a year but the liner lock dosent work on it and after getting cut a couple times i decided not to carry it anymore.

My E.D.C knife is a case bulldog , I kinda wish it was a lock blade but the cool factor makes up for the no lock

A knife that doesn't lock is a death trap. I used to love carrying a trapper but after many times of blades closing on me doing odd jobs I went to a benchmade mini grip and it is the best knife I have ever carried
