                          Cool! I've been pretty close to one eating on a doe I shot. I shot the doe and as soon as she hit the dirt I had 5 bobcats around her with a couple eating on her. Got down out of the stand and one stayed put. Once I got real close it walked about 10 foot away and say and looked at me lol. I left got back in the stand and it came back out and started eating again.

                              I have seen things like that before. That cat was hungry, and being hungry he had looked past his fears in order to get food. In years past when the conditions were very bad for animals in this part of Texas I have seen the same type thing happen when I have left the ramains of deer at my cleaning station. This is not rare at all when an animal if really hungry. Take for example the elk up in Wyoming that come down into Jackson Hole each winter and get hand out from the local game departments.
