The federal government will not be able to enforce all the waterways, unless they shut the government down... or that is what happened the last time the government shut down and there were patrol boats all over Padre Island National Park telling fisherman they could not fish there.

This move goes way, way beyond whether they can shut down fishing in a bay for a few days... they are literally seeking power to "condemn" possibly your private property if it has a stream or eventually even a pond on it.
There has already been victims of this admin/EPA
Was a story on GB or Fox a year or so ago where a husband and wife bought a piece of property, did exactly what the county told them to do with regards to the creek on the back of the property but was then fined by the Feds to the tune of many hundreds of thousands of dollars for the property improvements to the wet weather creek. Their 3-5ac was classified as a wet land and they were charged and fined with destroying it

Correct! and a followup to that is they went to court and WON! Shortly there after, they received a letter from the EPA telling them that it wasn't a LEGAL matter but a REGULATORY matter. They were evicted and lost their new home and everything else they had invested.

Yep...and for anyone who thinks "well, by God...let them try that with me..."
You, me or anyone else will never have the resources to fight the Fed in a legal battle...they have an endless supply, and with what happened in the Senate today, they will very soon have carte blanch on the judges at every level.

These socialists would take everybody's land away for "fairness and the common good" and "the environment" except then they couldn't keep raising the taxes we pay on it to fund their give-aways to get 'takers' to vote for them and to make themselves, their families and friends rich.
