If you wanted to go somewhere you didn't have to draw a tag or pay a ridiculous amount of money on an Indian reservation, I would look at Alberta. I've bowhunted muleys there twice (eastern Alberta, near Saskatchewan border) and while I never killed a giant, I did see some.

Mexico with us cost 4k. We don't brag a lot we just kill 180 deer and go home
