I guess my eyes are seeing different than everyone elses - The only pictures where the predator beats the other one is in the daytime pictures in my opinion. Best I have learned, deer do not see color, so I would guess that the black/white pics would give a better representation of what a deer sees from their point of view

On the black/white pictures the Realtree blows the predator out of the water from what I can tell. For me it doesn't matter that much because I am in a popup blind 99% of the time.

I see the same here, you can't beat Realtree AP, period.

IMO predator does a better job of breaking up the human outline. Realtree is good. But the "patchyness" of the predator really does a good job of breaking up the outline, technically all that matters is that you're still. I hunted Friday afternoon in the national forest, in a brown shirt and blue jeans in my climber. I was gonna just setup my stand but I was there early enough so I jacked up in the tree. I had 3 does 15' from the base of my tree. One kept looking up at me but never spooked. I was hunting in a pine tree with no cover. It kinda opened my eyes to how effective camo really needs to be. Hunt the wind and being scent free is less important. Be still and wearing camo doesn't really matter.

I agree on the black/white pictures. But I thought deer still see some color, like greens, yellows, blues and purple/violet? I thought it was red and orange they have trouble with?

everything i have read is the test comes when your further away, look at both camos at 20 yards if you can take a pic at 20 yards WKH2213 you will see the real difference at least to me lol most camos do the blob factor at 20 yards and further but i agree looking at the pics the real tree does look good

Gotta say, I really do like this Adrenaline set.
Very comfy and will be an awesome early season set.
Had 9 deer come in from down wind, circle around to upwind of me where the feeder was and ate corn.
Then proceeded to move dead down wind and eat from a hand corned pile 12' from my tree. I made a 180deg turn on my hang-on with 5 deer behind and 4 deer infront. All less than 27yds. I had to stay and wait them out until just now.

                  For my questions earlier,
1- I don't think the special "scent control" clothing is necessary.
Just wash the camo in scent free soap, wash your backside, and spray your gear with scent killer
2- Either camo works fine in my specific location.

I think I've found a perfect combo for all season for me.
The Predator early season, then the Scent-Lok for later when it gets cool.
Also, really impressed with the Muddy Xecute line of scent control. I have gotten closer to more deer this season using it than I have with any other products.
Just gotta be there when big boy comes thru.

I'm planning on picking up some predator brown or 3d gear next year, I did a lot of reading about deer color perception and vision and think for the money, you can't beat the predator line up, out west I plan on using Sitka open country. Wish I could find a camo that I could use in both situations, but it is what it is.

That are all too dark IMO.

Predator brown deception would look better IMO.
