Leaving the hunting spot last night I ran a cross a man standing in a spot he shouldn't be. I asked him what is up and he told me he was waiting on the owner of the property to come pull him out because he was stuck.
After a few questions I told him get in and I will pull him out. We drive down the road to his truck that is high centered in the ditch right beside a gate to get on the property. I asked him if he was trying to drive around the gate and he said no.
By now things are not adding up and stories are not making sense but I am out numbered 2 to 1 so I pulled him out and asked a few more questions then sent him on his way.
I called the owners and it turns out he is a previous employee and is a hog dogger. The owner told me he had not got permission to chase pigs on the place from anyone.
All the hog dogger talked about was how he wanted to chase the pigs on the property to help the owner out.
If they would have not got the truck stuck and drove a little bit down the road they would have had a open area to drive right in.
Owners are handling it from here.
