QAD Ultra Rest or Ripcord

I could be wrong, but I believe that if you have a ripcord and draw back and let down, the rest will lower itself. I do know that the QAD will stay cocked until the shot all the time. Just something you should look into because I wouldnt want my arrow to come off the rest just because I drew back and didnt get a shot.

felix you are right. thats the only complaint i have about it but sometimes it comes in handy. if you hold the tab at the bottom with your thumb which is easy it wont come off the rest and the rest wont let down.
sounds like both of em are pretty equal.

Ripcord all the way...Black velcro felt on the forks and a pad on the riser...talk to the inventor and he will tell you to raise the rest 1/16-1/8" to keep it from slapping the riser on the drop...said it would not be a problem and it is not...works great on the Synergy...worked great on the Tribute...and I am sure it will work as advertised on the GT-500...great rest you can cock it and lock it...full capture...just reach back with your thumb on let down...stays captured $40 less than the Quad

QAD Ultra rest! Launcher arm doesn't fall on a slow let down and with new LD series (Lock Down) the arm doesn't bounce back up after the arrow is launched. Very nice rest!!!
