    random rant..

    So i live in waxahachie and i know a whole lot of people here who hunt and fish...a whole lot..yet we don't have a outdoors supply store within a half hour drive..i mean you can get some things at the local walmart but they just have some random yahoo ordering stuff that over half of it nobody in their right mind would use..we need a Bass pro or a cabelas down here close..

    how many is a lot? 100? 500? those folks gonna buy huntin and fishin stuff everyday to keep a specialty store in business? sounds like a great business opportunity if you can pull it off.

      I agree 100%. You should open one and reap the rewards before anybody else.

          Welcome to my world. Here it is 135 miles to a Bass Pro in OKC or 200 miles to Gander Mountain in Amarillo Tx.

            i would do it in a heartbeat if i could afford something like that, between the 32k people in waxahachie and all of the surrounding towns like ennis, red oak, midlothian, desoto, and lancaster a outdoors store could definitely sustain itself.
