Ok I am very happy to say the least, lol.
I got invited to hunt on a low fence ranch this weekend north/east of Rock Springs on a whitetail hunt. The rules where simple... 10 points or better and fully mature whitetail. AND as a bonus, if I see an exotic slip up...hammer down. Exactly what happened! While I did not have the shot to connect on the whitetail of choice.
This dude slipped up and gave me a shot just under 200 yards broad side I put it right through the shoulder nice and low. Watched him mule kick and try to turn and run. Crashing less than 30 yards from the shot. Love the idea of connecting on a free range exotic.
