11-16-13 McFaddin Beach Redfish !!

Decided to go to the beach yesterday afternoon for some redfish action. The surf was a little rough and extremely dirty, but we managed to catch a few
Wound up catching 9 reds between 27" and 36". Also caught 2 black drum, 1 - 28" and the other 40". Not a bad day for the upper Texas coast

Thank y'all. The wind wasn't too bad when we got there (around noon) but it picked up pretty quick. We only fished for about 3 1/2 hours. I believe we missed the best fishing, think we should have been there early for the outgoing tide.
