Gotta say, it was a tad creepy

I did one earlier this year and thought I was hooked up to the matrix.

Don't ever do one of those sleep studys! Thats when the Feds inplant the chip in your brain for tracking! Now for only 49.95 a year your wife will know every place you have been. Good luck.

When I did mine I woke up and just started pulling all the wires off my head. It took an hour to glue them back on.

I considered that option about 2:30 this morning.... I was sure I hadn't fallen asleep yet, and was just wasting time...I'm an easily annoyed sleeper.

They have a lot of nerve calling those things sleep centers. Nobody sleeps up in there!
              Sheese!

Did one a couple of years ago, sure didn't like all that crap stuck to me. It got worse after they came in and hooked me up to a cpap, after a while I finally dozed off again. Then I tried to roll over with all those wires and the cpap hose hanging, I felt like I was tied down and that caused the claustrophobic panic to kick in. I left, never went back. No one will ever convince me that they can get useful info under those circumstances.

What did it cost? They wanted me to do it at $2500 a night and they could only take 10 people per night. That's $25,000 per night.
Here's the kicker... They only did it 4 nights a week, that's $100,000 per week. Heck I'd only work 4 times a week too for that.

Not sure...I had it pre-approved via insurance.

I was a Polysomnographic Technologist for 5 years. Do what they say. It helps 99 percent of the people that want to be helped. What did you O2 desat too?

Same thing. You can't move with that thing strapped to you head. I didn't sleep at all. Ridiculous.

Didn't get any details...guess that's the next visit.

Basically woke me up, asked me to get dressed and get out...

had a girlfriend like that once... but she wasn't a Polysomnographic Technologist
