I would hire Groundthreat, but I don't think he wants a bachelor party repeat!

I have had good luck with Waterworld Charters in Port-A. Brad has an offshore boat but has just purchased a bay boat. He is a great Capt. and will make sure you have a good time. Tell him the Frederricksburg bunch sent you. If you want to go out of Rockport try 4-Alarm Charters. I fished with them the first time on spring break with my wife and 9 year old daughter and one of her friends. He out of his way to try and find fish for the girls. Fishing was tough due to the weather, but the trip was great.

I know quite a few that fish baffin and the laguna out of corpus (launch off the island at Billings / Market 37 / Bluff landing, just down the road from Port A)
