How many of y'all use a grunt call. What do y'all use a buck grunt doe bleat? Do y'all have any luck with them? How often do y'all use it in a sit.

I just use a couple of times when it's slow. I usually test it once or twice when deer I don't want to shoot hang around a long time. Once they don't react or get scared from the grunt I know I'm not hurting anything by using it.
Also test it on bucks that walk away to see if I can draw them back in.
IMO rattling works better but that has to be used in a very short window during the year.

Less is more for the grunt. I had an 8 point that was chasing this past weekend though and he didn't even think twice when I grunted at him. As far as a doe bleat, I have never had a deer come to it. Also, I have used it when I already had deer in view to see how they react. Needless to say, my doe bleat is in the trash.

Twice in the last few years we have had a buck running past the stand and disappear. At that point figured nothing to lose and used the buck grunt. Both times the buck came back looking and both times we got a good shot on them.
I have not ever had one just show up from a grunt personally.
On another note I was hunting this last weekend and it was still dark in the morning. I heard a bunch of noise and some grunting under the stand and around the stand. I thought there might be a pig but we don't see pigs there. It came just light enough and there were two doe and a large buck chasing the doe around. That was the first time I actually heard a buck grunt close up and personal. They left before it was shooting time.
