    ATTN: Knife Makers

I shot my first elk the other day and took the ivories out of her mouth. I would like to incorporate them into a knife if possible. What are your thoughts?

I've talked to a few about this and no one cared try. I thought it would look great. My wife got a set of earrings instead she loves them. I have another set that she has her eyes on so I locked them up in the safe. good luck

I'm no knife maker, but that sounds like an awesome idea!

Contact Jason Fry @ www.frycustomknives.com Jason makes some of this best custom knives around. I bought one a few years ago and plan on getting a couple more in the future.

Not sure he does knives, but worth a shot. Rex Foster in Comfort, TX made a custom bracelet for my wife out of the ivories from my bull elk.

This picture doesn't do it justice, and I don't remember what I paid for it. I think it was 4 years ago when we had it done. I'm sure the price has gone up considering the price of silver and those are big silver beads. The buckle is made out of mammoth tooth...
