Can you remove inserts installed with Goat Tuff?

First time using Goat Tuff and sure enough, I am changing bows so would like to shorten the arrows an inch or two to stiffen them up. Can you get the inserts out if glued in with Goat Tuff? Tried searching and didn't come up with much. Thanks.

All I have to do is shoot mine into my block target with a broadhead and pull.

if you were cutting more than an inch you could just get new inserts..

Or pull the nocks out and cut that end. You'd likely have to refletch.

I thought about that too but dang if I didn't just fletch these up with Blazer vanes and wraps...my cheap arse would really hate to have to throw that money away...LOL!

Here is what worked for me when I had an insert "set" before it was fully seated in an axis.

              Remove the nock
Find a drill bit that just fits the id of the shaft on the nock end
Put the drill bit in the shaft with the flat end headed toward the insert
Kind of hard to explain the next step but grasp the shaft by the nock end and whip the insert end down toward the ground causing the drill bit to shoot down the shaft and strike the insert. Do this a couple of times and the insert will come flying out.
Make sure you do this outside because that insert and drill bit come out at a high speed
