Diesel Emission Testing/ Problems?

Tried digging up an old thread all were stuck in the Archives so I figured Id ask and see if there is anyone having issues with either DOT or "quicker sticker" places running a deleted diesel truck. I'm running my LMM Duramax with a delete pipe and EFI Live. I was going to add a straight pipe and do the PCV reroute, but wanted to see if any of you guys were having issues with Johnny Law lol? I don't believe they do emissions tests on diesels.

No emission test on diesels. I've had my 6.4 inspected twice deleted no problems

Bought my '97 new and TX has never checked emissions. They did check in CO while I was there working.

Only problem I had was non pass due to the straight pipe. They are cracking down on noise pollution I was told. With a little more digging, I found another station that would pass it without muffler.

It was rumored that they were getting strict on these idiots dusting the entire highway with smoke so they were gonna start running an exhaust opaqueness test. Heard of a few guys that got tickets near the panhandle by DOT officers for no EPA Equipment (ie. no dpf).
