    Anyone else grinding?

    I ground a doe today I got last week. Added some bacon ends and ended up with about 25 lbs of burger grind.

      Looking good!!!!

      I've ground up 80# of deer meat since Thursday. Made 45# into burger mixed with brisket and smoked bacon. Also I am on the last batch of 15# of jerky. I just put the rest of the ground venison in vacuum bags for use later.

                  I am thinking about doing my own this year-what's the best thing to add to regular venison to make good burgers? I have access to some beef fat/trimmings from ribeyes-u think that would work well in 80/20?
