Rumor is young bucks are showing signs of rut and looks like any day now it could happen in Coleman. I say mid next week until Thanksgiving will be a must time in the field! I leave Wednesday morning and am excited about the forecast. 13-20 I hope to get it done. I hope the weather peeps are right about this!

I've had some big mature bucks already chasing a doe but that was last weekend haven't seen much since -
Don't tell me that! Lol... I'm hoping my timing is right. Full moon, cold, cloudy, light winds nd possible drizzle. All the ingredients for my kind of hunting weather. I'm sure the young does have been chased around. Couple years ago when I was able to hunt here the 15-17 were the best days.
