Skeeters are an unreliable barometer, one year back in my misspent youth I drug the muffler loose on the old '67 Chevy impala station wagon while deer hunting. I was under the car in my insulated coveralls trying to get the muffler back on while them stinking things were trying to bleed me out through my hands.
