When did chewing tobacco go to $10 a bag?

It's all taxes, cause I was buying Beech Nut in town for $10/bag and at the PX it was only $3.50/bag. So you're paying more in taxes than you are for the product!

Yeah I normally dip but decided to treat myself to a pouch of Levi and almost crapped myself, gas station in carls corner had it for like $6 for awhile but not sure anymore
