Went to regulation.gov and looked at total comments, less than 2000. Please take the time to go and comment on ATF 41 P on the website. Maybe we can stop the ATF from changing the Trust laws for NFA items. The comment time is over DEC 1st so please hurry and spread the word.

Step 3: Explain how silencers are not firearms and should not be treated as such, also let them know that the 2nd amendment is mine, not the governments. Governments are for us by us.
Simply copy and paste this if you would like:
Suppressors are not firearms and should not be held to the scrutiny that the ATF currently holds them. They should be treated just as any other firearm add on and an excessive tax and background check should not be needed to own one.
Furthermore the 2nd amendment shall not be infringed. "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Putting additional hoops and taxes on firearms is Infringing upon these rights, and is AGAINST our Constitution.
"We hold these truths to be self evident - that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
I urge that you turn not to more laws, but to more common sense and giving back to the people what is rightfully theirs. OR the people have the right, obligation, and determination to "alter or abolish" our own government and institute a new government, one with limited government intervention.

give me some insight...the thread on m4.carbine made it sound like the trust was staying, but we now are to provide finger prints and photo i.d.??
I did not get the impression the trust was getting yanked and forced to go le sign off??
What are the mfg of the suppressors saying...to do this would kill serious revenue for the dept of justice & right after tx and other states just legalized them for game animals was an added boost and tons of $$$.
