Moultrie M-80 Trail Cam doesn't work

So I bought a Moultrie M-80 trail cam back in March and it was working fine up until about 2 weeks ago. I didn't put it out until August this year, a month before archery season. I was wondering have any of ya'll dealt with this company before and do you think I could send it back and either get it fixed or replaced? I bought it at Academy and they don't carry the black version anymore, or I would return it.

I've also deleted my pics off of the SD card after loading them on my pc per manufactures recommendations, so I know that part I did right.

I have the same one for 1 1/2 yrs now. No probs yet. Actually been a great cam. One thing I make sure is on any of my cams is when I put another card in I always format it first and always works well. Some times not doing this the camera will not recognize the card and therefore will never take pics. Not sure exactly what probs you are having but hope this may be one of them.

I own one and I haven't had a problem in the 2 years I've had mine. A friend of mine buys all his stuff from Cabela's because he can just return it back to them and they send him a brand new one of that product every time.

Some of the problems are when I put it on the "AIM" function, the red light doesn't come on. Another problem is when you turn it on, you can't read the display screen.

Check the seal, sounds like water damage inside. Should be covered under warranty.

Rubber gasket/seal looks good. I think I will call Moultre in the morning. Thanks for the help. We have had some major down-pours here lately. Who knows.

Our problem has been with the battery tray not making good contact. Scrape the connectors and slam it back in the camera.

I finally called Moultrie Friday. There is a reset button inside the camera were the battery tray goes. Works great now that I reset it!
