Anyone use GIS shape files in CAD?

I found some shape files I want imported into Carlson CAD but when I finally import them they come in super tiny.

Anyone work with GIS shape files in CAD that may be able to help?

I do all the time. If they are coming in really small, it's very likely a georeferencing issue. Do you have a job already opened in CAD and then importing the shape files?

I tried both ways. Using an existing job and just importing into a blank new DWG.

I think the shape files are made for ArcMap. We use Nad 1983 State Plane.
