    Improving mpg in F250 7.3

I finally got a truck I've wanted for a good while. Now I'm wanting to customize it some.
What are some of the tricks to improving mpg (and power) in a F250 with 7.3 in it?
    What helps, what doesn't?
    Right now it's all stock.

    Inflate tires and slow down.

Keeping the rpm under 2k (65mph). Easy on takeoffs. Tire presure good.

What kind of intake? Seen alot talk about the 6637 (I think that's the one).
I don't like straight pipes, but am thinking of 4 or 5". Would that help?

CNG Assist will get you in the mid 40's or so I am told.

Diesel pickup owners have a natural gas option right now. You can convert your turbodiesel Ford, Chevy, or Dodge to run on a mixture of between 50% and 75% natural gas. Your diesel mileage should be 40 mpg or better.
