Only time they can move without lots of shots going off!

I feel your pain. I've hunted all season out by Lake Sam Rayburn and not one deer have I seen. Best of luck for the rest of the season.

Dont get too depressed now. The deer are feeding heavy on acorns and not moving much. I heard 3 gunshots all weekend. I had 1 deer visit my food plot this weekend and 1 at the feeder, the rest were under the oak trees or chasing does. Did you get your food plots in? The deer will start hitting the plots when the acorns are gone.
